The National Assembly for Wales is called The Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.National Assembly for Wales building was known as the Senedd (parliament). The building finally opened in 2006. I was standing in front of Senedd that I can see sea. The Senedd has a glass façade around the entire building and is dominated by a steel roof and wood ceiling.About the Senedd its floors, it has 3 floors and the first and second floors are accessible is to the public and the ground floor is a private area for officials. In cold weather it can be automatically heated to 14°C. The same time, installation of biomass boilers using wood chips from the recycling of waste wood building heating and rainwater collected from the roof to flush toilets within the building. 
The Oriel is a public sitting and exhibition area, you can see through the glass views of the Siambr and committee rooms from above.
